While I am confident about my products and the products carried in the Cotton Mamma store, everyone should be aware of unforeseen accidents. While I do stand behind my products and use them on my children, I cannot be held responsible for accidents.

By making a purchase at the Cotton Mamma online store or using products made by Cotton Mamma, you hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the manufacturer and Jeffrey Thomas, her heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of Jeffrey Thomas from and against any liability as a result of any injury or damages sustained while using any products purchased or received from Jeffrey Thomas or Cotton Mamma. The user is solely responsible for the safety of themselves, their children and those individuals under their care while using the products.

Returns TOP

Cotton Mamma wants you to be 100% satisfied with the items that you purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will discuss accepting the returned product and offering a store credit once the item or is received.

Items must be received with original packaging and accompanied by the return authorization e-mail that will be sent to you if the return is approved. Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to qualify for 100% refund, less the cost of shipping. All items that have been removed original packaging, but not worn may qualify for a 75% refund, less the cost of shipping if the item is returned to Cotton Mamma in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All items that have been worn, used, or opened may qualify for a 50% refund upon return to Cotton Mamma, less the cost of shipping within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be reviewed by the owner to determine the status of the items before a refund will be issued.

Returns are at the discretion of Cotton Mamma.

Contact us for a return authorization before shipping any item back to Cotton Mamma.

We are not responsible for refunding any portion of shipping.

Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Cotton Mamma strives to offer you the lowest price possible on all items that we carry. In order to help keep our prices low, we use recycled packing materials whenever possible. This not only helps us to keep costs low for you, but it helps us to better the planet by keeping waste to a minimum.

Cotton Mamma will only offer a replacement for your product if it is damaged or defective due to our error. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. For this reason, we highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. If you would like shipping insurance, you must add it to your cart prior to checkout. This option is available here.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $5 for all orders. In the event that your shipping total is less than $5, the overpayment will be refunded to you.

Please feel free to contact us at Cotton Mamma with any questions regarding shipping. Cotton Mamma generally ships through the US Postal Service, but we are happy to cut down on your shipping cost by using another carrier when possible. If you prefer to use another shipping courier, please contact us prior to your order so that we may assist you.

Payment TOP

You may shop and finalize your order with payment online or mail your payment. If you choose to mail your payment, please be sure to make a notation in the comments section when you place your order. Items will be held for 10 days after orders are placed. If your payment has not been received in that time, items will be restocked.

All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. All checks will be held until payment clears. Returned check fee is $30. Please make checks & money orders payable to CottonMamma. Please contact me for mailing address to remit mailed payments.

Being part of a military family, we fully support the sacrifices our fellow service members & their families make on a daily basis. We offer a special military discount to service members & their families. To obtain the military discount, please email, fax or snail mail us a copy of your LES, DD214, ID card, dependent card or any other military form (please black out your social and other pertinent information). We will contact you with a discount code for 10% off all of your purchases!
